If you haven't tried the Tortas at this family run business of three generations, you're missing out. My favorite is the Cochinita pibil, pulled pork torta. It is truly an award winning sandwich. Artfully crafted, shredded pork was seasoned and marinated perfectly, the pork is garnished with fresh slices of avocado and tomato on a soft torta roll that can hardly contain the filling.
