Something is wrong with your app. It is nearly impossible to upload a photo of a check and have it deposited to my account with your app. It constantly gives an error. Why can’t you fix this? I have mentioned it several times and I write exactly what you asked me to on the back of the check. What is the issue? I try to call and you are closed at 4pm on a Monday? I tried five times to give you my money and you’ve rejected it every time.
Seriously? You lock and close your doors at 4pm. How is anyone supposed to bank with you that works? On a Monday? You’d think they’d be open to at least 5pm

I've been a customer of this bank for many years. I got my SS and a legal settlement amount wired into my account. Now the bank manager Todd Bailey (who has been criticized for being in the customer's words "an arrogant POS'") has chosen to fire me as a customer. He asked me to sign documents which closed my account. What does a retired lawyer do in a situation like this? He files a Federal lawsuit for breach of fiduciary duty. Is this going to be necessary? I can find a new bank. Does M&T want to do business this way?
