After having accounts with this bank as a child, then a mortgage, I am so done with TSB. They are extremely dishonest.
Something is wrong with your app. It is nearly impossible to upload a photo of a check and have it deposited to my account with your app. It constantly gives an error. Why can’t you fix this? I have mentioned it several times and I write exactly what you asked me to on the back of the check. What is the issue? I try to call and you are closed at 4pm on a Monday? I tried five times to give you my money and you’ve rejected it every time.
Seriously? You lock and close your doors at 4pm. How is anyone supposed to bank with you that works? On a Monday? You’d think they’d be open to at least 5pm
I SURE WISH THEYD PUT $10 in the atm like every other atm in the world now!!!!
