I don't understand why they got good reviews. I have sent several emails over past week with no response. So I called them to ask some questions , but the staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Because they have been super busy lately? I don't know why but I am still in shock.
The receptionist is rude and unfriendly and unprofessional absolutely inhumane. They only cares about billing your insurance not the patient. I had one wisdom tooth that was bothering me. I read the positive reviews here on yelp for this doctor and decided to make an appointment. I waited for two hours before the doctor could see me, which is ridiculous. The consultation started out well and I was notified that I would have all four of my wisdom teeth out (even though I kept saying I only wanted one out). So I ended up just ... read more
