Horrible customer service. I could not return items with the receipt. The employee tried to tell me all sales were final when the receipt stated something different. She stated "This is why we are closing this store". I returned the items at another store with no problem. I will NEVER shop with this company again. I reached out the district manager to no avail. I was told that she would contact me within 72 hours. I am still waiting!
Great staff helpful, honest, genuine, efficient, and good people at this store. Loved all the styles in plus size and other smaller sizes. This is so wonderful that in the galleria on e sunrise Blvd even exists. It's about time some plus size stores made their presence known! I finally feel like I am fashionable and cute in these fashions. Love Torrid!
Love this location so much! Best employees, didn't rush us even at closing.
