I went to Torrid with a friend, first time there. They have really good fashion forward clothing for women on the fluffy side. I for a really beautiful blouse. The staff was great! Thank you ladies.

This is not about the store itself, rather this is about the company and they clothes they sell at a premium. The lack of quality is astonishing and I wouldn't be surprised if torrid goes out of business within the decade. There is absolutely 0 staying power to the clothes. For instance, I bought a pair of gym pants this summer (2024) and I just had to throw them away (Dec 2024) from piling and holes in the crotch. The pajama pants that are wide leg and very loose on me, are also piling and the fabric essentially washes away... read more
Was helped easily, no issues whatsoever. I've shopped at TORRID for several years now, and while they're a bit spendy, they have some really great styles and I know I can rely on the fit. I specifically went looking for jeans that could accommodate my orthotics, which go up to my shins. No problems here!
