The staff are all always so helpful and in a good mood. I hate clothes shopping but have been pleasantly surprised every time I go in... I find stuff and actually really like it.
I was exchanging something I ordered online. The beautiful Lady that was working was Excellent! She guided me to exactly what I was looking for.
This store is full of people who obviously love their job. I went in with 0 hopes that I would find a cute birthday outfit and I walked out with two. Krista went above and beyond to make sure I found something I loved! Afterwards, Mrs. Hellen made it 100% better by helping me with price matching the items after I noticed they were cheaper online. Christa (or Krista I don’t know how you spell it sorry girl) was literally amazing!! She read me so well and knew all of the things I would like. She was so honest and kind with me, truly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in so long. I never usually leave a clothing store with a smile on my face, but I swear I was beaming leaving here. I will 100% come here again and I so truly hope Christa is here!! Thank you for understanding my gothic heart so well!!!
