I am a loyal torrid customer, never had issues with any locations but this one, I went into a changing room that no one seemed to be occupying for a quick try on. As I was changing, one of the staff members WITHOUT KNOCKING unlocks the door and opens it telling me it is not my room and demanded me to get out. Incredibly rude
Cute clothes. Always a deal.
