I ordered 3 pairs of boots online. When they arrived at my house, I discovered they were all too big. I took them to the Battlefield Mall location to return them. Because I had 3 pairs, I brought them in the box they came in, carrying it through the mall into the store. After the return, the girl put my receipt in the empty box and pushed it towards me on the counter.
