This location has zero customer service. I placed an online order during the holidays using my birthday reward and some torrid cash. It arrived the week of Thanksgiving to the store and I was out of town. I got an email only a week later saying my items was being cancelled I IMMEDIATELY called and was like hey I plan to come in today can you guys just hold the items? I have been shopping at this location for a few years now, both in store & order online pick up in store. This is absolutely the ONLY store I always look forward to going to. The staff is hands down the BEST I’ve ever been around. I have called a few mins before closing, and they treat me as though Im not a bother. I have shown up 10 mins before close to pick up an order, I’m greeted with a smile. I have never been treated as the pain in the arse I’ve most certainly been (although I try to not be that lady!). i have seriously never felt more welcome in a store. every employee was a wonderful ray of sunshine! the only thing that’s stopping me from that 5th star is the selection of items. not very many trendy things. besides that; it’s wonderful!

If i could give infinite starts i would, i have never had such a positive and happy experience in a clothing store before. I have been to the torrid store in the mall twice now, first time to look for something for my wedding, and yesterday for my 30th birthday. First time it was just a brief visit, but yesterday we were in there for a while, my husband wanted to get me a few nice things from a store that would have my sizes.
