Very friendly staff and I love the selection of clothing.
I'm so done with Torrid. Until Torrid figures out a way to let my packages get here when I choose, so my husband doesn't have to know how much I spend.... then I'm done. I have 5 days where I can get the packages without anyone knowing... but no, they're ALWAYS delivered when he's home, you jerks!
I went to this location for the first time on 2/25/25 to make a return. I found the cashier who did my return to be very offputting. She kept mentioning the fact that I made the purchase at the Lynnwood location (like it matters). I thought it was a bit odd, but I was willing to let it go. She lost me, however, when she decided to scold me for not having the original tag for the shoes. Always a great experience at this store! Ashley and Becca were wonderfully welcoming and supportive when I came in to pick up my online order. Lots of good sales here, and I have found that the quality and variety of Torrid's clothes have gone up over the years. Looking forward to coming back!
My girlfriend spends more time shopping here than my house :(((, however she looks stylish :)))
