I went to this location for the first time on 2/25/25 to make a return. I found the cashier who did my return to be very offputting. She kept mentioning the fact that I made the purchase at the Lynnwood location (like it matters). I thought it was a bit odd, but I was willing to let it go. She lost me, however, when she decided to scold me for not having the original tag for the shoes. Always a great experience at this store! Ashley and Becca were wonderfully welcoming and supportive when I came in to pick up my online order. Lots of good sales here, and I have found that the quality and variety of Torrid's clothes have gone up over the years. Looking forward to coming back!

I bought some stuff online and had to exchange it for the correct size. The people who helped me (the manager and assistant manager) were absolutely lovely. They were so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. The store has an excellent selection. I'm more on the alternative side and they even have stuff for my style. I'm so excited for bras, shoes and leggings that actually fit!
