Me and my best friends came up April 17th. We are all exploring different looks, and Lori was absolutely phenomenal!! She ran back and forth from the fitting rooms to the main floor multiple times just to get us different styles, sizes, and accessories to heighten our looks ! Every one of her recommendations were an absolute hit and made us look and feel oh so good! We have never had such fantastic customer service! The ladies at this store are wonderful, pleasant, patient, and helpful with your needs especially bras. They will help you get the correct size you need by doing a fitting. By this being a small to plus size clothing store I love the numbers 1-4. Ladies keep up the great job.
It is always a good experience when I come to this store. The staff is always smiling and very helpful.
I visited this Torrid for the first time on July 5th, and I am so glad I went! I am pretty sure every staff member assisted me in some way, and they were all amazing. The workers were cheerful, and offered their opinion on outfits, and grabbed me different sizes when I requested them. I got fitted for a bra, which I have been putting off, but it was a good experience! I can’t believe I waited so long to get the fitting done. I will definitely be back to this location. It was a great experience.
