I am so sick of this stores policies!!! I have been coming here for YEARS!!!!I have a torrid card and I have spent a 1000s of dollars. I have been denied returning things several times now. I’ve tried returning items that were gifts after Christmas, because I need the receipt. I don’t have the receipt, because it was a gift! Tags still on, not worn, not wanting a refund, just exchange. Most recent item I received was damaged, i bought it online and I didn’t realize it was damaged until I had it on. So the tags were removed. ... read more
