On two different occasions other stores have requested they put a item on hold and both times they messed it up. Once it was completely the wrong item and the next was wrong size. Then today I called to see if they could look up what I had bought to do a return and the girl said yes "because I had changed purses and forgot the receipt in other bag".... Once again I LOVE going to thos store. The employees are super sweet, caring, understanding, and loving. I never once have had a bad experience in this store!!! The girls make this store so welcoming and calming to shop in. I went today and shopped for jeans which I HATE doing and one of the girls I hate I can't remember her name helped me out so much I cant begin to say thank you enough. I will keep coming back here and send my curvy girl friends to this store ♡♡♡♡
overall not happy, the girls are great its the store itself I came from nj where every store was huuuge shoe heaven dresses pants shirts soo many things this store was supper tiny and I wentnlooking for sandals and the had 5 pairs of just 1 kinda.like come on its summer in fl and therea absolutely no slippers, sandals nothing summery shoe wise
