This by far is the absolute worst store experience I have ever had!!!! The woman behind the register was clearly determining her own policy as she went along. Funny you can make a purchase without your credit card but can’t complete a return back to your card without the credit card. Also, she told me “I ONLY give store credit for clearance items”. Thanks for making me feel like the items had been stolen and forcing only a store credit. I will never and I mean NEVER buy anything from Torrid!!!!

Insanely sweet & helpful staff! Deb & Erin looked high and low to help me find the perfect shoes and boots! I got 3 pair of new shoes, and a pair of boots for $40!! Torrid shoe clearance is the best deal ever! Thank you ladies for all of your help!
