From all the locations in las vegas this location is the best. Staff are super nice and friendly and assistance with no problem.

I am beyond words on how dissapointed with torrid customer service. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a online purchase ever! I had been a loyal customer for years now and had never had an isue till this date and now idk if ill ever continue shopping their. I placed an order dec 31 had it shipped to the store thinking it be safer than coming in the mail,but boy was a wrong.
