My daughter and I went to the Arden Torrid location today because I needed to use my Torrid cash! I want to thank Allie for helping us! She was great and offered great customer service--which many stores seem to lack. Thank you Allie for being so terrific!!

I went to Torrid on Black Friday a couple of months ago and while I usually have a good experience at this location, my experience this time was one of the best! All of the sales attendants were really nice, but the sales attendant, Liani, that helped me was super helpful! She started my room and after talking with her for a few minutes about what I was looking for, she even offered to pick out a few things that I might like. Torrid is amazing no matter where torrid is located its always going to amazing.
Tell me why every time I walk into this store no one ever greets me?! I've walked in 4 times in the last 2 months and have managed to make it all the way around the whole store and out of the door without so much as a look, greet, or salutations. I don't know what's going on at this location, looks like a different crop of girls, but the customer service is horrible. Super sad to see this beautiful establishment where was and where it's a now.
