My daughter and I went in Saturday afternoon. We had a very pleasant experience. I didn't get the names of the lady that helped us or the cashier but they were very nice. The cashier was super sweet and overall we had a good experience. I'm reading a lot of bad reviews so I thought I would share our good time.

Let me preface this by saying that I have been a torrid customer for YEARS. But in the last 6 months, it's like I'm dealing with a completely different company. It has literally been a problem (missing or wrong items) (credit cards charged without any "record of order'). Hours on the phone, dealing with reps who are either inept or completely rude. My boyfriend, not knowing that I have stopped shopping at torrid....gave me a gift certificate for my birthday! Tried to use it.....the order would not "process". Now 'The system"... read more

I love shopping at Torrid but this location is the worst. I was in tonight and was treated so rudely, according to the receipt, the associate's name is Allie M. She acted like I was a complete imposition was not helpful. None of the associates were helpful. I'd like to say that this was a single occurrence but I was treated rudely by another associate when I was in the store on Saturday morning. I'm irritated and disappointed at the lack of customer service.

I went Monday 9/4 I was helped by Chelsea she did a great job helping me find the right size and color I was looking for. That was my first time going in I will definitely be going back she's super nice and helpful. The manager was a nice woman as well I didn't catch her name though.

Oh Torrid, you used to be AMAZING! But over the last few years your service at this location has gone down the drain. It sucks that whenever I go to the mall it never ever fails that when I walk into your location I am invisible. None of the workers ever greet me, no one offers help, and no one is friendly. I noticed though that if other customers walk in, they automatically get a "Hi! Welcome!" and a run down of the deals. I get silence! I used to hate going to this torrid bc all the girls were so rude, to the point of where I only shopped online. I had to return something and Erin helped me. Erin was so nice and genuine. I misplaced my receipt and because I used my card she was able to locate my transaction and refund my card. She also let me know I had 50 dollars in rewards! I had no idea. Thanks Erin, I'll be back!
