Regarding attempts to renew my 12 month lease... has taken 11 days for a response. On June 6, 2021 I called Torryana apartments management office to renew my lease for the early bird special pricing. My current lease is not up until August 8, 2021. June 6, 2021 was the last day to receive early bird special rates. I called both the apartment complex management office and BH management office requesting a 12 month lease renewal. Torryana management office said this is some thing I need to do online on rent café or on the tor... read more

Last year our car got broken into stole a expensive pocket book .also stole my motorcycle.than got another than they stole the battery out of it. They need security to come bye more often I see him once every 2 mouths. Manager I ask her to installed a lite near my apt door year ago I’m still waiting.SO THE MANAGER DOES NOTHING IM STILL WAITING SHE DONT GIVE A F..K...

When Camden owned it and managed it, it was a lot better, the management staff now is so rude and inconsiderate it was part of the reason for leaving, had a mold problem and it was handled very poorly especially when I work for one of the biggest remediation company in the nation, we paid for a gated community when the gates were never shut..
