Torrey just lost the best Maintenance person i believe his names was carlos. He talk to the people that live at the apt very friendly person. The ones they have now are not friendly at all .Wonder where he went ?Does anybody know ?

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, the new management is horrible! They have very poor people skills, are rude and very unprofessional I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here. I am very unhappy
I have lived at the Torrey Place Apartments for 5 years. I love it. The new management is wonderful and with it being under new management the outside and inside of the apartments are wonderful. I have never seen a manager that not only works in the office, but is on the grounds as well daily. It has been a nice change. Residents are friendly and I would tell anyone and everyone to try Torrey Place. It is like home....
