Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle repair. The staff and owner, Patrick, blatantly LIED about the status of the vehicle. I had to use this business due to my insurance, however, due to this experience my insurance company is severing their relationship. I had to do my own research with their parts supplier to learn about the untruthfulness. I do not know how this vendor is still in business. They made a bad situation horrible.
Great service. Jayson kept me updated with all phases of my car repairs. Exemplary work, communication and final results. Picking up my Scion, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned both the exterior AND interior of my car! I highly recommend Torrey Pines Collision Center.
These guys did a fantastic job knocking out a ding on my Nissan 350Z.Real nice people too!
