I have been banking with Western Alliance Bank since 2017. This branch is very comfortable and well-staffed. It will s nice to be able to sit while I complete my transactions. The staff is professional and friendly, and takes the time to understand what I need and always accommodates my requests for small bills when I need cash. They even stayed late when I showed up right at 4:59 pm, a minute before closing, after being stuck in traffic. It’s always a pleasure to come in.
