I came for a tour today and the staff were so amazing and they really put an effort showing us around and explained everything very clearly. The staff member who showed us around was named Kimberly. She was very very kind and even gave us a complimentary flower at the end of the tour.
From the beginning of my application process everything was so smooth. Friendly staff answered all of our questions and the paperwork process was easier than I thought.
Just moved in and everyone seems so friendly already great experience so far.
Been living here for a while, pretty safe, peaceful and clean. Updated: : My main issue is the parking policy. A two-bedroom apartment only includes one covered space, and a second spot costs an extra $75/month. Two spots used to be included, and half the parking lot is currently sitting empty. Be prepared to pay extra if you have a 1+ car or you have to park on street 😪
I look forward to moving to my new Home although I had some problems with communication with the staff and I being on the same page but we work it out .... Thank you Torry Pines ... Sincerely Your new family....
