If I could give 0 stars I would. Linda is extremely rude and unprofessional, she thinks she's right no matter what and doesn't care if she attacks somebody she doesn't know. I WOULD AVOID HER.
I did not feel as if the company put the right amount of work into the appraise of my home. The biggest problem I had was with the comparison property that she used, these properties where not even close to the lot size we have and also the inside improvements that we had done. I made the mistake of paying them before I saw my appraisal. I suggest for anyone that uses this company not pay ahead before seeing your appraisal.
