The front office staff are just plain ignorant and unprofessional. The policies at this office are ridiculous. And if i request to speak to my childs doctor, there should not be an issue taking a message and giving it to the doctor. Instead they tell me I can't speak to the doctor but they can have the office manager call me back. WHATTTT!!! I will be switching!
The only bad thing I have to say about this office its about the nursing staff, sometimes they are kind of rude but everything else its great! Specially that I don't have to wait its pretty quick and if I need same day appoinment they will give it to me!
