Terrible costumers service charges triple the cost of the tire. Very bad business and can't speak English very well at all....
Called and some dude answered and I asked “Are you guys 24 hours for tire changes I need a new one” he replies “what size” I say I don’t know brother it’s a Chevy equinox I’m not a car guy I just know data” he has the smart mouth to say “Well I don’t know either” YOU CANT MAKE THIS UP. Customer service these days are terrible! You could easily tell me how to find it or if your open just tell me to come to the shop since I wanted to spend money On 4 NEW TIRES. this guy must make some bank in order to be rude as hell. Bad..do not recommend
Flat tire. Answered the call, but never called me back. Had my car towed with a flat tire, to Tire Man on Menchaca. Highly recommend. Two new tires, $240 out the door.
