My experience at the doctors office was excellent. could not have been better. from the time i walked in the door, to the time i left i felt valued as a patient. i would never go anywhere else. I have struggled with Vitiligo for 15 years and I have gone all over the country trying to find help. Coming to this practice has given more hope because i am doing a laser treatment there and i am getting color back in my skin. i am so excited and thankful.
Notably good service experience - they are professional but real people. They care about you! I brought my son & daughter here when our local dermatologist failed to make a full diagnosis of my son's conditions. The local office was patronizing & thought we were over reactive parents. My son suffered with a skin aliment for 4 to 5 months for something that could have been cleared up in 2 weeks time! I only wished that we had found K-zoo Dermatology sooner. Great doctor. Dr. Torres is very thorough and just an excellent doctor. He has taken care of our entire family. Also has personality! It is only because of the girls up front that I rate this business as satisfied. They are kind of short and look at you like you're dumb, when speaking to you. As far as Doctor Torres goes, I am very satisfied.
