I used Torres-Roofing over 60 days ago and I'm still waiting on Gerardo and Chris to finish my project. They were very professional but I've been trying to get them to finish their work and no one will return my calls or answer my texts.
The way you’ve handled this whole situation this whole time was unprofessional. I tried to contact you multiple times, our roof is literally falling apart. It’s been more than a year. And the way you handled this whole situation is childish and irresponsible. I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone else if im being honest.
Called and made an appointment for them to give an estimate to replace my roof. Scheduled for 4:30 that afternoon ( around May 3rd). Still haven't seen them or even received a call.
