As legal representatives of Torres Residences International and P&L Corp. Danielle She recenly visited Panamá and met with TRI company executives after being referred to TRI by another purchaser. At that meeting she selected building lots and provided TRI with her desired floorplan. She also agreed to return home and to make payment from the proceeds of the sale of her house in the USA. Judy she contacted the TRI sales department, made a purchase, signed purchase documents and sent numerous bank transfers to our Florida bank account. After spending many months going back and forth on the design of her house she then tried to hold our construction team to the original estimated completion date. As legal representatives of Torres Residences International and P&L Corp. Dane After contacting the TRI sales department, this person purchased a unit from our sales team using an alias. He sent two separate bank transactions to our Florida bank account and signed binding purchase documents. Some time later, using a different name, he tried to cancel his purchase and requested a refund as you would for minor purchases. Please note my previous review is 5 stars for Birdseye website and the nothing is for Torres Residential.  There seem to be several people that are residents of Canada involved. Are there any locals in Panama that have had a bad experience with Torres?

I had a bad feeling about them as well. Julia is the money grabber and Sergio must be conquerer. I gave up money I had for my son headstone to take a trip down to Panama and now my son doesn’t have a headstone for his grave and I won’t have a house in Panama. There is a special for people like that. There are more folks that were scammed by them. I have a few names to add to the pot. I am willing to do whatever I can to help. Run, run, run from Julia and Sergio Torres. Their company is Torres Residence International (sales@tiquiliti.com). I wired the funds for my unit to be built in August 2023. My contract stated that my unit was to be completed by January 6, 2025 (almost 18 months). As of today, they have not broken ground on my lot. I have repeatedly ask for my money back to no avail. I plan on hiring an attorney in Florida and Panama. I know there are others out their who have had their money kept. If you have a complaint against them... read more
