The whole park is a dump managed by slumlords who doesn't care about their tenants and has a non-existent maintenance team so nothing gets repaired
Horrible company. They use to own the property where I lived in an rv park. They sold it after a class action lawsuit. They gave me the money they owed me but didn’t fulfill their obligation of 3 moths free rent. Thanks for breaking the law and taking advantage of the elderly.
