My wife and I had our wedding rings done at Torres, and I can't speak highly enough of Mario and the team. The customer experience was fantastic, and Mario was highly attentive to our needs and preferences.
My partner enquired with a few jewellers before coming across Eddy, and after meeting him, he instantly knew he was the to go guy! Eddy is professional but personable and no challenge is too much. He knew exactly what my partner was after and together they created my perfect ring 🙏🏻 I couldn’t have dreamt of a better ring! After meeting Eddy myself when needing a resize, I knew why my partner chose him, he is an honest and friendly professional. Service is just 10/10
Huge thank you to Eddie, Mario and the team for their amazing work and support in getting our engagement ring just perfect!! Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else.
