Team Torres was exceptional with their customer service, attention to detail and patience during the recent purchase of an emerald anniversary ring. My wife and I had our wedding rings done at Torres, and I can't speak highly enough of Mario and the team. The customer experience was fantastic, and Mario was highly attentive to our needs and preferences.
My partner enquired with a few jewellers before coming across Eddy, and after meeting him, he instantly knew he was the to go guy! Eddy is professional but personable and no challenge is too much. He knew exactly what my partner was after and together they created my perfect ring 🙏🏻 I couldn’t have dreamt of a better ring! After meeting Eddy myself when needing a resize, I knew why my partner chose him, he is an honest and friendly professional. Service is just 10/10
