I have an old flume that the previous owner had installed for the water heater. The water heater is in the basement and I live on a hill so this flume went on for about 20 feet and you needed a ladder to get to it. I talked to a few plumbers and HVAC guys, two flat out refused to work on it saying it wasn't worth their time. Luis took a look gave me a reasonable quote and his guys got to work quickly.
