I want to write a good review because Dr. Torres is such a sweet man, but this has been an awful experience. It has been a week since my son had his four wisdom teeth removed. We opted for the plasma treatment. The upper two extractions are healing fine. The lower two have not. He has dry socket in both extraction sites which has been extremely painful for him. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Came every single day of the week at different times and they were closed, called dozens of times and not a single time did they respond or bother returning my calls
This office is very driven by money and they try to charge even if you have insurance. They try to force the most expensive options on you and they argue when you voice your opinion about what you are or aren’t comfortable with. Would not recommend, especially if you need an extraction.
