Always take my vehicles to get inspected by Luis when troubles occur. I had a 1999 eclipse with a starter issue he was able to by pass the relay and it worked ever since. Also has a 2012 Ford Ecoboost with the tow light output not having power he found the problem being a fuse that was not indicated on the cover, would recommend to anyone in need of electrical issues.
