After move out they will charge you for “light cleaning fee,” because of standard wear and tear done to property, which is actually illegal in the state of CA. We had our property professionally cleaned inside and out before we moved out. So when they deducted $250 from our initial deposit, obviously I was upset. They are also extremely difficult to communicate with because they never answer their phones, if you email or leave a voicemail. They won’t respond for weeks at a time.
