Time wasted and pathetic experience ever 👎🏻
I live nearby and initially had a terrible first experience with Dr. Vanessa. She was dismissive and made me feel intimidated just for asking basic questions about my health, which made me never want to return. I decided to give the clinic one more try, hoping for a different physician, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Jacob was incredible, patient, attentive, and very thorough in explaining everything. Leaving a doctor's office feeling listened to and truly cared for is such a relief. Dr. Jacob is now my primary family doctor!
A welcoming clinic with exceptional patient care. Everything was handled professionally, and the staff made my visit smooth and stress-free.
