I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience. Our previous family doctor was in Saddletowne, and we were with that clinic for about five years. While they were good, I never felt the same level of care and comfort that I feel with Dr. Jacob. As a long-time patient of his, I have always received the absolute highest standard of care. Dr. Eze is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also exceptionally kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients' well-being. There have been times when I have come to his clinic in severe medical distress fainting and extremely ill and he has consistently known exactly what to do to stabilize me and get me back on my feet. I went to the clinic yesterday to see dr.Jacob. The front was so unprofessional, the tall girl was on her phone and the Filipino girl was not trained and seemed like she was panicked who hires these people. These people made me wait an hour but seemed like they didn’t care about customer service. I used to have an amazing experience with the previous staff member Esha, never had an issue before yesterday, but this place is just hell now. Never going back to this place.
One of the receptions was extremely rude, not sure what her name was, she was tall, brown skin, full of attitude, not too sure where they higher these people from but they need to do a better job.
