Dr. Stepteau is so nice and understanding. He is considerate and helpful, and I haven't had very many doctors here who have treated me this way, so I appreciate it.
This is a great physician. He will talk with you, explain things, asks questions. He's understanding and easy to talk to. He arranged for a steroid injection and got it approved and I haven't felt better in 9 months!!! Only negative is that I waited a couple of weeks to call and check on insurance approval cause I had not been notified regarding setting up an appointment and I was told it was approved the same day as my initial visit 2 weeks prior. Dr Stepteau is great and has a great staff.
He is very compassionate and will take the time to sit down and talk everything over so when you leave you won't have any questions!
