I have had the opportunity to work with Carol Kreshpan at the Torrco Design Center Showroom in Danbury for two major bathroom remodels. I went into the showroom completely overwhelmed and had no idea what I wanted and what I needed. Carol walked me through the entire design process and gave me excellent recommendations as well as advice. Today I visited for the first time at 11:15am. CLOSED. A little sign said that they were all away at a seminar and would open at 11:00. Keeping the door open for new customers not a high priority, I guess.

Top shelf! I needed an obscure 70 yo grill bracket for a radiator. I was able to wmail pics, and Mike at the counter went beyond to try and help. He was actually able to discern the part manufacturer, but it was something they are not able to get. But the customer interaction was 5 star, from the receptionist who answered my call, to the counter sales. Highly recommend.
Katie Cooper was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and all around on top of everything from beginning to end. She made the process of picking out everything for my new bathroom and wet bar easy. She offered expert advice on style and colors. I can't thank her enough for a stress free experience!
