Had a great experience here from the front staff who took my insurance to the doctors that stitched up my hand. This will be my primary urgent care facility should anything else come up.
I have been to this urgent care with my children 4 times. And have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and providers. Friday in particular was the fastest I have ever been seen. In and out in 30 mins. And never once did I feel as though the care was rushed. Dr. Charfen was so kind, attentive and listened to all my concerns. It was a great experience. It is also so clean! Huge plus.
Paid to get service to get looked at. I do feel strongly services rendured were dishonest/untrue. The doctor just looked at it and denied helping me. Said directly to me you just have neck pain..didnt even look at it much. Said directly to me " wish i could give you your money back" (totally unnecessary)by this time im shocked in pain needing help. The discharge papers said reason for visit "neck pain" and then they put false statement that I was vaccinated 2 vaccines..never was..please refund me for vaccine or donate to nex... read more
