Paid to get service to get looked at. I do feel strongly services rendured were dishonest/untrue. The doctor just looked at it and denied helping me. Said directly to me you just have neck pain..didnt even look at it much. Said directly to me " wish i could give you your money back" (totally unnecessary)by this time im shocked in pain needing help. The discharge papers said reason for visit "neck pain" and then they put false statement that I was vaccinated 2 vaccines..never was..please refund me for vaccine or donate to nex... read more
I’m visiting from out of state and was very well pleased with the care and attention I received. The staff were most kind and the physician was thorough with a very good bedside manner. I have pneumonia, quite to my surprise and if you know you know!! They just don’t pull that diagnosis out of the air. Much thanks to this facility and the people that make it possible.

I have been to this urgent care countless times and have never had a bad experience until today. I came in and there was no one in the waiting room. Literally nobody at the urgent care. They said there was no wait. I was then put in a room for 45 mins. After 45 mins I came out to ask what was going on because I had to go pick up my kids. Then they swabbed me for all the things, and then made me wait another 30 mins even though I asked if a doctor could concurrently examine me.
