I’m hoping this review helps someone else save time that I unfortunately wasted. I probably called ~12 times across the span of 2-3 months. Each time, the wait time was over 10min (one time a record of 40min). Sometimes it would just hang up or go back to the main menu. When someone finally answered the call today (first call was 9min and hung up on its own, then second call was 11min), I was shocked. Very questionable (fradulent) billing practices. If they make a referral. Even one you didn't want. They will bill for an office visit. Even for an annual exam. I have cut my ties after the most recent round of this BS and so have my friends. There are better places.
It really is as bad as they say. The office staff mess up your appointments and waste your time. It's just not worth it to deal with this place Update: They added to their issues some Very questionable (fradulent) billing practices. If they make a referral. Even one you didn't want. What a mess. Totally uncoordinated lab work and communications from this office for my annual physical. Was told by this office last week my lab orders were “in” and to go to lab draw station, fasting, which I did this am. Lab drew one vial of blood. Thought that was strange, not even a urinalysis? Left blood draw station and Contacted doctors office and found out lab order was not done completely, and now I have to go back in for another fasting blood draw. Really? I’m incredibly disappointed. Its a nice office and I liked the doctor but I went in for a general visit and they couldn’t even do my bloodwork in the office. I work full time and it’s hard to find time to go to the doctor and I had to go offsite and wait a very long time to get my bloodwork after my appointment.
