Dear, whoever is overseas this office. While the doctors here are good...your office staff here are rude and not helpful. They are the reason for such a low 1.4 stars rating. The dismissive nature and lack of ability to communicate and effectively makes navigation of simple processes like pulling teeth. I found your staff to be ill informed , and unable to help with basic requests necessary for accessing medical records. I see Brain NP, now at the el segundo location. He is personable, professional, caring and gets back to patients quickly with questions or messages. The front staff especially Gabby have been wonderful and very helpful. Gabby made my medication refill a breeze. Thank you both! You rock
Man I don't know about the low ratings but I have had nothing but good care here. Primary is Matt Mejia he is outstanding (but busy, not his fault they currently need more help) I went to urgent care, walked in without an appointment and was seen in 15 min. Had to get a ultrasound and walked downstairs to make and appt. and the gave me an afternoon appt the same day.
