I’ve had Torrance Memorial as my health provider for 2 years and have never been more satisfied. I have always received the most excellent professional care. The receptionists have always been attentive and I have never had to wait long to be seen. My doctors have always listened to my concerns and have helped me resolve them. I’m keeping them as long as I can! Very happy patient.
Unfortunately I've fallen victim of all the described issues listed with poor reviews. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
I’ve been going to Dr Madani for 2 years, she left and now they’re claiming that they don’t and never took my insurance. Now I can’t get prescriptions refilled and no one cares. Bunch of morons working there.
I’m hoping this review helps someone else save time that I unfortunately wasted. I probably called ~12 times across the span of 2-3 months. Each time, the wait time was over 10min (one time a record of 40min). Sometimes it would just hang up or go back to the main menu. When someone finally answered the call today (first call was 9min and hung up on its own, then second call was 11min), I was shocked. Very questionable (fradulent) billing practices. If they make a referral. Even one you didn't want. They will bill for an office visit. Even for an annual exam. I have cut my ties after the most recent round of this BS and so have my friends. There are better places.
