This is ridiculous to check in . They have a tablet that doesn't work properly and I bring my mother if she was to come alone she wouldn't be able to do it . It was frustrating for me . So what's the point of the receptionist.
I’ve had Torrance Memorial as my health provider for 2 years and have never been more satisfied. I have always received the most excellent professional care. The receptionists have always been attentive and I have never had to wait long to be seen. My doctors have always listened to my concerns and have helped me resolve them. I’m keeping them as long as I can! Very happy patient.
Unfortunately I've fallen victim of all the described issues listed with poor reviews. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
I’ve been going to Dr Madani for 2 years, she left and now they’re claiming that they don’t and never took my insurance. Now I can’t get prescriptions refilled and no one cares. Bunch of morons working there.
