Exceedingly poor front desk, doctor wait times are outrageously long, bad follow up, and on and on
Very questionable billing practices. If they make a referral. Even one you didn't want. They will bill for an office visit. Even for an annual exam. I have cut my ties after the most recent round of this BS and so have my friends. There are better places.
Great facility, great staff, great location!
Great service, but impossible to deal with billing department. They made an error in billing my insurance (their words, not mine). Half a year later, they have been unable to resolve what was a pretty straightforward and minor mistake. As a result, their automated service is sending letters of “final notice” over an unpaid invoice of $25. All after their manager left a voicemail months ago informing me that the dispute was being resolved and apologizing for the mistake.
I wish your experience is better than mine. Dr. Rumi Cader is absolutely amazing. The Dr. is kind, genuine and caring. Staff is absolutely horrible, difficult, rude and just aggressive in communication. Matter of fact they lack communication skills. Eva Zamora the office manager lacks management and experience in customer service and front staff (Hispanic lady) was just rude and had a horrible attitude.
