Of course Dr. Ellis is fantastic, but what makes a doctor’s office stand out is the staff. The staff at Torrance Memorial are so great and friendly, it warms my heart. The last thing you want is to encounter rude medical staff when you’re feeling your worst and that’s totally not the case here! You’re treated kindly and with respect. When I need any kind of medical care, I always look within the Torrance Memorial network.
Went to this location for esophagus infection. Paid my 240 dollar fee. Doctor came in and told me to open my mouth didnt swab or anything and I told him I had thrush nystatin wasn't working if I could get checked out and possibly get something that will cure this infection. He smirked at me it seemed..sat down and kept saying there was no problem and I felt he was counseling me on how my pain wasn't meant to be looked at..by this time im done with this place. Exceedingly poor front desk, doctor wait times are outrageously long, bad follow up, and on and on
Very questionable billing practices. If they make a referral. Even one you didn't want. They will bill for an office visit. Even for an annual exam. I have cut my ties after the most recent round of this BS and so have my friends. There are better places.
