I agree about the silver haired receptionist. Maybe someone a bit nicer would be helpful when going to get a mammogram. And agree that they do not give you notice up front of what is needed. I was told that because I did not have a dr to send my results to that no one would look at my results until I did. I find this hard to believe and looking into this further the diagnostic center must post the results for me. I am going to be calling a person in charge to discuss this matter. I was an anxious mess today coming in for my first mammogram and they were LOVELY. Patient, understanding, kind. They talked me through everything. I am so grateful that yes I felt compelled to write a review! Thank you :)

The technician was lovely. The silver-haired receptionist is the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. Got pissed because I stood by the desk to write two signatures instead of taking a seat to sign. Grabbed the pen that I’d placed next to the clipboard and threw it into the pen cup and the said “sorry about that” to the next person she had called up. Maybe she should call up one patient at a time. Horrendous behavior. Should not be in a customer service job.

Punctuality isn’t valued at this facility. You’re asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment and yet they’ll take all patients prior to your appointment time regardless if they’re late for their own appointment. The lack of respect for punctuality and time arrival is disappointing. Nancy (front desk) could’ve addressed my questions in a less defensive manner.

I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. My experience was top notch. From reception upon my arrival, to the tech who did my mammogram, I received nothing but the best, friendliest service possible. I was relaxed and never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. Check in was a breeze. I brought the paper that my primary care physician gave me, my ID and insurance card. I was seen promptly and was in and out of the office within thirty minutes. Five stars in my opinion.
