I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. My experience was top notch. From reception upon my arrival, to the tech who did my mammogram, I received nothing but the best, friendliest service possible. I was relaxed and never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. Check in was a breeze. I brought the paper that my primary care physician gave me, my ID and insurance card. I was seen promptly and was in and out of the office within thirty minutes. Five stars in my opinion.
Contacted twice to make an appointment for a mammogram and still have not received a call back after 3 days. What's up with that?
Could only give one star because there’s nothing below it. The service and lack of knowledge and staff in this facility is horrendous wasting time coming over here without proper instruction without without notifying patient of proper documents needed at the time of procedure once they’re there rescheduling because you lack of all the things they require. It was not told to begin with the place is horrendous stone risk your life at this place.
Been coming here for years…they only wait for doctors orders to do anything. I left mine at home this one time. While trying to work it out with filling out paperwork the front desk person couldn’t move the checking clipboard for the person who was checking in. She want we me to vacate the check-in area. So literally had to call my doctor have it faxed. Procedure should be send the orders before an appt or before you make an to alleviate this issues. Deron Taylor took my X-ray & when I arrived no one came out to greet me so someone from a different dept asked if he was at lunch which he said “I was”, then clearly frustrated came out & said “K” (meaning follow me I guess), then take your bra off & leave your shirt on…stand this way, breathe, again and “OK” to which I asked am I finished, do I need anything, he said “no”.
