My car was in an accident and the body shop made it easy for me to get my car repaired. Service Advisor Troy D Portillo was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very happy either way the end results and great service.
They truly went above and beyond for me. My vehicle had an incorrect part from the factory, and even though the warranty had already expired, they worked directly with Honda to have it repaired at no cost to me. I can’t overstate how much they’ve helped. Their team is professional, efficient, and highly responsive. If you need a place to service your Honda, 1000% these are the best guys in town.
I had very disappointing experience over the phone trying to inquire about a OIL package deal with Honda in which I have bought one before in the past at different locations. I was transferred multiple time first to sales then to service and the representative even admitted she didn't know the answer, had to transfer me to "finance". The lack of communication and knowledge among the staff is horrible made the process unnecessary confusing and frustrating.
