They truly went above and beyond for me. My vehicle had an incorrect part from the factory, and even though the warranty had already expired, they worked directly with Honda to have it repaired at no cost to me. I can’t overstate how much they’ve helped. Their team is professional, efficient, and highly responsive. If you need a place to service your Honda, 1000% these are the best guys in town.
I had very disappointing experience over the phone trying to inquire about a OIL package deal with Honda in which I have bought one before in the past at different locations. I was transferred multiple time first to sales then to service and the representative even admitted she didn't know the answer, had to transfer me to "finance". The lack of communication and knowledge among the staff is horrible made the process unnecessary confusing and frustrating. My problem is with the sales department. While the actual car salesman was nice, his manager was extremely rude. Instead of giving straightforward answers, the manager would come up with roundabout / mean ways to deliver the same message. Other Toyota and Honda dealers at other locations were much more negotiable and polite. We ended up NOT buying a car here and will NOT be coming back here for any new car purchases. We bought our car a week later somewhere else and are glad we did.
They give us experience auto check Report When we check the Carfax report this vehicle has an accident. They lie to us I will never buy car from this dealer!!!!
