Worst customer service!!! BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I had first heard about them online and saw some pretty great reviews. When i took my laptop into the shop for a touch pad repair they told me they will either check it out that day or the next.They told me the process and that they will give me a free estimate when they figure out the problem. A week later I still had not heard from them so I called asking whats going on. No one had even taken a look at my laptop. Another week goes by still no phone call. Wh... read more
