Found Torrance Auto Body after reading the online reviews and wanted to add my experience to the mix. I found them not only personable and transparent, but also their pricing was half that of the quote I received from Caliber Collision to complete what I thought was a somewhat minor paint repair. Caliber said I needed to order a whole new part, etc for a door repair and Torrance Auto Body was able to fix my door within an hour at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Torrance Auto Body. Ashley and her team were extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and paperwork so that I could understand my options and decide the best approach to fixing my car after it was hit while parked in a parking lot. Plus, it was wonderful to work with a multi- generational family business-- I could feel that they cared.
