Our kids enjoy the athlete classes and we enjoy training with Jessica. Our oldest injured his foot and Adam helped him modify his exercises so he could strengthen his lower body while maintaining the appropriate restrictions with his injured foot. Both Adam and Jessica are great with the athletes, the workouts are age appropriate and challenging and the kids enjoy going. You won’t find another place like torque or owners that care like Adam and Jessica at any other gym.
This place is top notch. Owners Adam and Jessica truly care about the development of athletes and adults alike. My son enjoys it so much that I decided to join as well. The workouts are tough, but the encouragement from other folks working out certainly helps me push through.

Torque is the best. Adam and Cooper are great with my 9 and 12 year old boys. I highly recommend them to any parent looking to get their son or daughter training.
