Disappointed in the lack of pricing transparency. I was looking at the free standing F9, I was excited when I saw they were now offing $400 off! Disappointed to see they really just raised the price $400 to offer the discount, kind of a shady business practice.
I have used torque for the last 3 years for our commercial gym, no issues ever. Sent a box truck yesterday , and the warehouse loaded the wrong order. It was Friday. I had installers coming the next day (today) at 12.Brandon (salesman) instantly calls me to tell me what happened, said sorry, then, delivered HIMSELF in HIS truck on a Saturday morning. They shipped the machine right away. There was a small misunderstanding with the shipping company, but once John Cassidy got involved, everything went smoothly. The machine is great, and my son is very happy with it. I fully recommend it to anyone. Thank you, John!
Professional, clean, and welcoming
Terrible customer service. I have tried for two days to get a hold of a salesperson so I could buy their commercial dual action pulley and lay pulldown. Guess they don’t want my money.
