First off I cannot even begin to tell you how great the customer service is at Torque Factory. Charlie is a stand up guy and a great mechanic, and to add the detail and quality of work is next level. I first brought my 2005 F250 in for some work and they did an amazing job. To add, Charlie even gave me a call a few days later to make sure everything was still 100%.
