My vehicle broke down while traveling through Buffalo. I waited around with nothing to do waiting on them to get the part to repair my truck for a week. It turns out that the part was never ordered by the lady in the office. I wound up using another repair shop which got me up and back on the road within a day. Additionally it turns out that Torque Diesel not only dropped the ball by not ordering the part but they also misdiagnosed the problem, so it was good that I found another repair shop. Coming down from steep grades in the mountains, we blew our serpentine belt. They dropped everything to help us out and get us back on the road. Dakota is very experienced and repaired it in record time. The charge was very reasonable and we highly recommend them. Thank you Cody, Hunter and Dakota.
