I used to love coming to torotea from OC, but after today I probably won't visit as often or at all. While the drinks have remained consistent as far as I can tell, there has been a SIGNIFICANT price increase across all drinks on the menu. The lack of a rewards program also makes it less enticing to return, as they used to have one in the very beginning. I am aware that a new location just opened in Santa Ana, but it doesn't have the Yelp waitlist system just fyi, so the line is incredibly long.

Tried the popcorn milk tea with boba. It worked quite well. Loved the boba - chewy and soft with the right balance and not overly sweet. It's a treat! Heard the line can be long. I waited for like 5 min total. It was like 12noon on a Saturday. Not bad.
Fresh brewed tea, friendly staffs, service is quite quick. No milk subs
