I looked for four months to find the style of side and cross rails I wanted for my 2015 Ford Transit Connect Cargo Van at a price I could afford. Great quality product and excellent service! I had ordered a roof rack from another company, but they sent me the wrong item. Luckily, I was able to find this one just in time — and even better, he was local. I went to see him in the morning, and within two hours, he had everything ready and even installed it for me. He really helped me out, especially since I was leaving the next day on a trip with my family. Super grateful I found him — highly recommend

I ordered roofrackrails for my 2022 Ford Transit Connect Van but they didn't fit. My van is 43 inches wide and the rails were 45 inches. A " Thank-you for your purchase " note was enclosed with their contact information. When I started the process of getting in contact with them I realized their address was not very far from mine. My intention was to get information on shortening the rails instead I was able to go to their location and they cut the rails correctly and installed them on my van.
