Upon reading another review, I wouldn't say the sales lady was particularly "pushy" (assuming we are talking about the same husband and wife team). She didn't talk to me or bother me until I started talking to HER... But she was direct, "eager to please" I would say. I told her what I was looking for (Ruby/birthstone ring); she pulled out some of those felt drawers with the rings; I liked a setting in a different ring better and she simply offered to switch the stones.
